The meetings of the Society are usually held on the third
Thursday of each month during the winter at 7:30 pm in the
Methodist Church Hall, Hartland, unless otherwise stated.

A local history society on a informal level, covering topics such as nature, family history, local characters, transport, property or any similar topic relating to Hartland. Meetings are held monthly through the winter season.

The society has over 100 members of all ages. It charges an annual subscription of £5.00 (£1.50 for visitors) which includes refreshments and welcomes new members who have Hartland as an interest.
