Hartland Parish Council Established in the late 1880s the Parish Council along with the Harton Town Trust took over from the 'Old Borough' of Harton. The record collection contains various items that pre-date the Council, but compliment the Wharton Town Trust records to give an overall collection for the Parish. The Parish Council are having the complete collection recorded. Access to the records is by application to the Parish Clerk. |
