From very rudimentary beginnings of just four pages the Hartland Chronicles progressed to a publication of 32 pages covering local news of Hartland and the neighbourhood.

Thomas Cory Burrow was a dedicated Bible Christian and firm supporter of Hartland. The content of his newspaper gives a very vivid picture of life for over 40 years.

The Hartland Archive Project has recorded every issue of the newspaper (435) and is therefore one of only two such collections. Each issue is saved as a PDF file.
